TRANSFER POLICY
All requests for registration transfers must be provided in writing and email to e.gaerlan@comsoc.org by Friday, 1 May 2020. Registration rate difference will apply depending on the membership status of the new registration.
PRESENTER SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Because BlackSeaCom 2020 is a virtual conference, we will not accept the transfer of a paper presenter to a non-author. If you have an exceptional circumstances, please email e.gaerlan@comsoc.org.
